"My two horses have boarded at Eversfield Equestrian since April 1, 2008. I have found that the owners, Glynis and David Barnes have consistently ensured that the horse’s needs are put first, resulting in my horses being healthy, happy and injury free.
Owner/managers Glynis and David Barnes take a hands on approach to every aspect of barn management resulting in consistent feed and stable management, a clean barn and a relaxed atmosphere. Barn staff are trained, managed and supervised by either David or Glynis. Any concerns have been dealt with quickly and effectively.
The arena is regularly harrowed resulting in consistently good footing for riding. It is clean and dust free. The wash rack is spacious and clear of debris. The stalls are spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard.
Recently I started taking riding lessons with Glynis. She is a very knowledgeable instructor that is sensitive to the student’s needs, goals and aspirations. As a business person I appreciate Glynis’s professional approach to teaching including her timeliness and organization.

"Glynis Barnes first came to us via a clinic that she taught in a 3 part series at our barn. She has now coached our daughter through a successful show season. We are impressed with her knowledge, organization of lessons and her direct teaching style. We have noticed many changes and an improvement in our daughter’s riding ability throughout this past season.

"We have been boarding our horse and taking English riding lessons in the Calgary/Okotoks area for several years at five different stables and have found Eversfield Equestrian to be the perfect combination for both our horse and ourselves. What amazed me is the scope of David and Glynis’s training experience; there is not a day which I am at the barn that I do not learn something.
